Thinking about outsourcing stickers

Hi everyone. I've been thinking about starting to outsource my sticker jobs. I've been screen printing stickers for a while, but it's starting to become more hassle than it's worth (mostly the cutting part). Does anyone have experience with any sticker companies? I'd kind of like to get outside opinions before sending a job out. quality is our main goal, and if it's not up to our standards than it's useless, at the same time i would need it to be cost effective.

Place to get a screen made?

I want to print my own shirts and need just the screen made. Anyone know of a place I can do this?

Thanks!

question about expired emulsion

Hi, I'm using Speedball Diazo Emulsion. I bought it and sensitized it on December 3, and have kept it mostly in the fridge, although it may have been left out for a night or two. It originally worked great.

Now, however, after the image washes out, little holes and sections of the emulsion start to disappear all over the screen, especially near the image.

Is the emulsion expired? It still looks pretty green and turns blue after burning. Any idea how to fix this? can I add some more sensitizer so to not waste emulsion/money?

Thanks
Brian

What is it called when your design in printed into the fabric.

Hello,

I wanted to know if anyone can help me with the name of the method used to print designs into the fabric and not on top of the fabric. I have some designs that I want printed into the t-shirts fabric, but I need to know the methods name so I can find the right company to do it for me. If you can help me that would be great, and also if you know any companies that does this kind of work please drop me a link. Thanks for your help.

Corrugated Signs

So I am still very new to the business and have learned alot from you guys. I have been seeing a growing market for these Corr. Signs and have never done them before. I currently have a order of 100 if I can learn the process and several potential big orders to follow. My questions to you guys are:

What screen mesh would you recommend for screen printing them?
What type of ink would you use?
I notice that you air dry them. How long do they have to air dry before you can touch them with smearing them?
Do you print them from top to bottom with the grain or go against it?
Where is a good place to buy these signs with the stands in bulk?

Thanks,
GAtee

How do you reduce ink for screen printing?

I'm ordering a couple of 200 mesh screens for some fine detail screen printing and I read the comments under description and it says ink will need to be reduced. Thats it. Nothing else. So do i need to buy ink reducer? (didn't find anything by that name on my supplies website) or do u just add water or something like that?? please help

question about screen printing and DTG

I went to a screen printer today to show him some of my designs. most of my designs have a raster look vs a vector look. he told me the best way to go is DTG. that if he screen print my designs it will come out in dots with a vector look which i don't want. DTG looks good to me,only difference i saw between the two, was screen printing has a thick texture on the t-shirts and price. also i was told by the screen printer its harder to screen print a raster image and keep that realistic look, is that true. so i told him what about t-shirts i see companys selling with the same look and he told me that 99% of the time that is DTG but they advertise it as a screen print, is that true. he told me if was to stay with a raster image with color seperation, etc i'm looking at $300 a t-shirt. Do anyone sell t-shirts with a raster image whats the process like. this is only the first screen printer i talk to, is he right are do i need to keep looking .
